Personal Information collected
As a "business to business" provider of products and services personal information collected and maintained by NTT Australia Pty Ltd generally comprises of:
Customer name, address, contact details (including phone, fax and email) and trade references;
Names and addresses of the directors, proprietors and owners of corporate customers and any personal guarantors which is collected as a part of our credit applications processes;
Customer credit card details; and
Reports from credit reporting agencies
This personal information is collected for the purposes of establishing a relationship with our customers, performing the necessary credit checks in accordance with our credit applications processes, providing our goods and services to customers and receiving payment for the same.
Ancillary to our core business activities, we also collect and maintain records of personal information.

Contractor name, address license, contact and emergency contact details which are used for the purposes of managing our various contractors in accordance with the requirements of our customers and out business requirements; and
Potential employee resumes and contact details which are used as a part of the recruitment process for new employees.
For statistical purposes, we collect information on our web site activity (such as number of users who visit the web site, the date and time of visits, the number of pages viewed, navigation patterns, what country and what systems users have used to access the site and, when entering out web site) through the use of "cookies". This information on its own does not identify an individual but it does provide NTT Australia Pty Ltd with statistics that we can use to analyse and improve our services.
We do not collect information about anyone's racial or ethnic background, political opinions, membership of political associations, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of trade union, sexual preferences or practices, criminal record or health information.
