Both English and Japanese language Customer Support is available on 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At the Network Operation Centre, our IP expert engineers monitor and manage the backbone, which leads to industry-leading SLA'.
The IPv6/IPv4 Dual Service is also available, which provides both IPv6 and IPv4 connectivity using only one access circuit.
